Ingredients:
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wood chips for smoking
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade
Coat chicken wings and pork ribs with the marinade, ensuring even coverage
Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes
Soak wood chips in water for 15 minutes, then place them in a smoker box or wrap them in foil to create a smoking pouch
Place the wood chip pouch on the grill and preheat until they start to smoke
Place the marinated chicken wings and pork ribs on the grill
Smoke the meat for 20 minutes, then brush with barbecue sauce
Continue cooking for an additional 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with more barbecue sauce until the meat is cooked through and has a delicious char
Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving
